| Q- How do I book a vehicle? |
| A- You can phone 02392 492468 or 02392 478888 or send our online form (see bookings page). |
| Q- What is the pickup procedure? |
| A- You give us a pickup time at the time of booking then when you arrive we complete any further details and take down your licence number. |
| Q- Do you require both bits of my driving licence? |
| A- Yes. Our insurer will not allow us to hire if these items are not produced at the time of hire. |
| Q- I have endorsements on my licence. Can I still hire from you? |
| A- Some endorsements are acceptable subject to the terms and conditions and the limitations imposed by our insurers. |
| Q- What are your hours of business? |
| A- Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700
Saturday 0830 - 1300. OUT OF HOURS by arrangement- CALL 07973 213180. NB Hours of business may be extended at peak times. |
| Q- Can I leave my car while hiring your vehicle? |
| A- Yes, provided we have sufficient parking available. Periods of 4 days or more may attract a charge (call us for details).
